Matthew completed his joint honours degree in Information Technology and Management at the University of Wales, Lampeter in 1999. Matthew is a keen traveller and prior to moving to Lampeter spent five years travelling around Canada and the United States. Outside work, Matthew enjoys mountain biking, gardening, dining out and is an active member of Lampeter Round Table. He has worked on a number of IT projects for a not-for-profit organisation, One Village.
Responsibilities
Matthew is the department's resident computer 'expert' solving computer related problems as they arise and overseeing the smooth running of the Virtual University in his capacity of Internet Administrator. He wrote the 'Organisational Change' and 'Information Technology One' Modules and tutors on a number of courses. Matthew is also in charge of the department's marketing and the editor of the departmental newsletter, 'Going the Distance'.
