Tess is originally from Pembroke in South Wales but moved to Llanelli in the 1980’s (due to father’s employment). She worked for a major high street bank for nearly 10 years before joining the Department in February 2007.
Tess is the Departmental Administrator and therefore responsible for organising the admin side of the Department.
Tess has a son and step daughter and likes to cook. She is also keen on walking and off roading in her Land Rover.
